Last week was great!

This week I plan to be at the gym at least 5 times, I might sign up for a class as well. I will have two legs/butt/cardio days, two arms/abs/cardio days, and one just cardio day.

How did your week go? Pretty good! I worked out 5 days last week...walked a total of 17 miles with Leslie and got in a good 20 minute ab session and a 10 minute arm toning session!

What's your plan for next week? I want to walk at least 8 miles this week over 3 days. Thursday through Sunday are going to be tough to get workouts in though. Have to be in town Thursday and then Friday-Sunday I am getting together with a bunch of my girl friends from college for a girls weekend! Mani's/Pedi's, wine tasting, bowling, eating out....it's going to be tough to keep under my calories.

There were a few obstacles last week but I did all my workouts and I'm off to a good start this week. Going to be doing more of the same this week 3 strength training days/3 cardio days.
