Last week stunk when it came to working out!

This week I am going to try to do better and hopefully do my video 2-3x and then run or do yoga twice.

Last week I was able to walk and run a little. Not near as often as I needed.

This week I'm aiming for 5 days and I'm hoping to go running at least 2 of those days. I really need the exercise.

I did really well last week. I did an extra day of cardio because I ate too much of Shawn's bday cake (and other things) LOL. I think I did good though.

This week more of the same, 3 strength training days, 3 cardio days.

Didn't quite get in all the miles I wanted to, but pretty good with how busy it was last week.

I'd like to walk at least 4-5 days this week and get some toning in too.

Last week was my birthday so I went over a little on my meals but managed to still exercise some.

This week I am doing Hatha yoga five times a week, doing strength training 3 x week and cardio such as power walking and zumba 3 x week. I am taking the approach of three days on, one day off.

i've been doing moderate walks with the stroller and lots of cleaning (having inlaws here for almost 2 weeks for LO's birthday)...i feel like it's really not enough, but i haven' thad time for extra workouts...but i'm determined that i'm doing intervals for at least 30mins for the next three days. hopefully that helps my weight loss this week. i felt really bummed i didn't even lose a few ounces last week.
