I can be self-disciplined but most of the things I feel like I am disciplined with are easy for me. I am pretty picky about what I eat and so I think I'm fairly disciplined with that, but then I'm flexible. I'm getting there with my exercise program but I'm not ready to say I'm disciplined yet because I haven't been at it very long. Other than that, I am really not very disciplined with most things in my life. I like flexibility and don't like having to do things.

In some ways I am. The fact that I exercise regularly isn't "discipline" because for me, that's play time. Eating well, sometimes I'm good at that and sometimes not. Especially now that I'm pregnant and have a built-in excuse to indulge more than I would otherwise. Home life I am a lot more disciplined than I used to be! I think working really helped me think of ways to have a professional attitude toward my "job" at home.

I'm disciplined about a few things in my life- working out (although I enjoy it), eating mostly healthy, homeschool, and working. I need to get more disciplined about organization. Everything else I'm pretty laid back about.

Depends on the day. I used to be really good...ate well all the time, exercised every day. But it's harder now, and it's easier for me to find excuses. Which is why I love my running partner. She helps keep me going when I want to just say, heck with it, it's too cold to run.
But when it comes to diet, I do well probably 3-4 days a week, average. I really need to work on this.
