I don't journal now. I do keep an exercise log but I don't really keep track of anything other than my exercise. I have kept a food journal before and I think it's helpful but I don't do it now. I think it could help me with my nutrition goals and I may try to do it when I do my next 12 week (personal) challenge. I am still trying to decide what I want to do for my next 12 weeks and what goals I want to set.

I journal my food. I'm using MFP to do that and my exercise. I think it has helped me out tremendously!

Before I had kids I kept a very detailed workout journal but now with kids I just don't have time to keep one. I do weight watchers so I keep up with my points that I eat every day.

I do! I've tracked my food and calories for 4 months straight. It's REALLY helpful for me. I use an app on my Phone called Lose It. I looove it.

I stopped because it was becoming tedious for me....that was like a month ago. I really need to start back up though.

I do- I have a journal that I write food, exercise, and my feelings about it in. It's really helped! I've also used MFP, and want to start it again.
