I didn't work out yesterday and I'm really bummed about that. I haven't missed any workouts since the first week when we started. I started getting a migraine yesterday afternoon and it just ruined my day. I went to bed at 8:30 and I woke up and still have the headache. I am determined to get my workout in today though one way or another. I hate migraines. I get them a lot and sometimes I can't do anything when I get them.

I'm going to get all the challenges posted and some time this weekend (or maybe today) I will get all the points posted.

Patty I'm so sorry. I had a lot of problems with my epidural during my last delivery and I ended up with an epidural headache and from what I was told it was similar to a migraine and that was the worst pain I have ever experienced. it was terrible.

Hopefully your migraine goes away soon. I can imagine that those darn things can be very debilitating.

Thank you *Kiliki* for my beautiful siggy

i remembered your migraine issues from the due date club. did you try cutting out all artificial sweeteners?? even chewing gums would give me migraines and it took me forever to find that connection. once i stopped chewing gums with sweeteners/eating mints etc, my migraines completely stopped and i had them really bad for years. now i'll only get one if i accidentally ingest something with sweeteners unknowingly.
i really hope you find your trigger! i know how horrible chronic migraines can be. *hugs*
