When you think about your fitness goals do you feel confident that you can reach them?

When I first started working out I really didn't believe I would see results. I have tried it before and never really seen noticeable changes in my body. But this time I started to see changes and that really motivated me. I am not where I want to be yet. I know what I'm aiming for but I'm not sure how long it will take to get the results I want. I do think I will get there though, as long as I keep making forward progress. I think I have more confidence now but I'm still not there yet.

Yes I will eventually get there. My main goal is to get my tummy back to the way it looked pre-pregnancies and it's close but not there yet. Although if we get pregnant again soon, I may have to wait to reach that goal until after baby #3 gets here.

I know I can do it, I've lost the weight before (although it was two babies ago), but I'm working on building more muscle this time which I'm already seeing progress with

In the beginning I was more determined than confident. I didn't really think I could make major changes, but I was determined to try. I am much more confident now in my ability to set reasonable goals and achieve them. I would love to look the way I did before I had kids, but to be realistic there is just no way exercise and diet alone will erase the effects of so many pregnancies and 18 years. So maybe more than confident, I am content with how I look and what I can do, even while working to improve both? I don't know, that's a good question!

Its definitely achievable as I was there 2.5 years ago for my wedding. But my goal was to get there before we start TTCing again, which will be July provided AF returns. I have plateaued for the last month, which I really needed that time since July is actually pretty close. It may have to be after baby #2, but as long as I don't gain 50lbs again, I will be ok with that. Its a process, once I get to my first goal, I know I'll have another (perhaps different type) goal after that.

Fitness goals, yes. Not so sure about weightloss goals though. I think I'll get close, but I've always struggled to lose the amount of weight I want to lose, even though my goals are realistic. But I'm ok with that, if I'm hitting my fitness goals, then I'm losing weight and gaining muscle, even if there is a little extra my body is hanging on to.

I think I can reach my fitness goals, although I'll be honest and say I am not sure I will ever be able to look in the mirror and not find fault in something lol.

I do now that I have found an exercise routine that I enjoy and that doesn't kill my knees! My last 4-5 attempts....not so much. I am finally starting to see some of the fat leave my stomach area so am really feeling like I am getting somewhere now! I really wish I would have taken "before" pictures back in January. I would love to see all the changes side by side (since they have been so gradual), but at the time I wasn't so confident about meeting my goal so thought it would be pointless.
