So I am going to finish Couch to 5K next week. I don't want to lose the great work I've done so need a goal to work towards. There is a 5K Color Me Rad in my city on October 5. So 3 months away.

We are planning to start TTCing next cycle. If we are lucky enough to be successful on attempt #1 like last time, I will be 10-11 weeks pregnant...do I sign up or will that be too much as a new runner? I had an awesome pregnancy last time, no morning sickness, just a bit tired but nothing crazy.

Need some input! I want to do this!

That's tough to say, too many variables (whether you may be pg, and if so how you are doing). Most races allow same-day registration, so you could always tentatively plan to do it but not pre-register. That way if you were unable to do it for whatever reason, you wouldn't be out the race fee.

Good luck TTC!

ohh hmm tough one! All of my pregnancies were different...I went from having no morning sickness with my first....to nausea 24/7 for 13 weeks with Elyse and Helena I was throwing up a week before my period was due LOL...and that continued for another 12-13 weeks...so I wouldn't count on not having morning sickness with a second pregnancy....

Kristy, wife to Karl 6.16.01, Mom to Raianna 12.7.00, Elyse 12.3.02 and Helena 7.20.07, step-mom to Frankie 7.3.97 and step-grandma to October 3.9.15

I think you should go for it. You may get pregnant the first try, or it could take a couple cycles. And even if you were 10-11 weeks I think you could handle it. You might have to take it a little slower but I think you could do it. I do agree with Kristy on the morning sickness, I only had it bad with Shawn.
