Well, technically it was a rest day. But. I did some lunges and plies (mini goal), walking (I.e. chasing a toddler all over the park for 2 hours with the baby in the beco), and then speed cleaning the living room and kitchen before my sister's family comes over. That all counts, right? Lol.

30 Push-ups
30 Bicep Curls (15 lbs)
30 Tricep Extentions (25 lbs)
3 one minute center planks

Still debating on doing more, but as of the moment that is all. Its supposed to be a rest day.

I spent 3.5 hours at a huge mall...I logged 60 minutes of walking for that though. And 5K run tonight

Nothing. We are on a mini vacation in Monterey CA with my parents (who live in TX). I packed an exercise video but packed the wrong one and I can't honestly do the one I brought along yet. So, just all the walking we are doing I'm hoping will work for now. I may try some squats and crunches in a bit.
