do you only buy them one at a time? Otherwise, what keeps you from just opening one package after another after another.

There was one time I bought a bag of tortilla chips- thought I would be clever and divide it into sandwich bags of single servings. I still ate the whole bag in less than 24 hours.

LOL! I know when I buy trigger foods nothing will stop me. So I just can't. And normally I will just try and get things at restaurants so I know I won't take it home y/k? That or I give the rest away when I buy something I shouldn't and bring it home

I can eat just one single bag and be ok, usually. Keeping track of calories really helps motivate me to not overdo it on things...if I eat several bags of chips now, I won't have calories left to have a snack later.

I'm *usually* okay too, I find that if I don't deprive myself of things altogether I tend to not over-eat, but if I deny myself something that I really want I end up caving in and eating way too much of it.
