I haven't been sticking with my routine long enough to decide. I've pretty much made up my mind I am going to use this routine till at least October (even if I'm not consistent) because I won't be able to see if I get results if I don't stick with it. I'll reevaluate in October or November and my make a new routine then.

for the most part yes right now....once life settles down....I'll be able to add more to it...I have just been so super busy with kids, and family etc etc...that I am only gettin g in so much workout......but I am hoping once school starts (August 14th) I'll be able to add into my workout and by then I am hoping to have a weight bench too so I can really start lifting

For the time being I am happy with my workout plan, but I do plan to add to it within the next few weeks.

um I am ok with mine. My heart isn't into it so just doing it regularly has to be enough for right now.

I can't really say I have a "routine" right now, but I'm doing something nearly daily. I'm waiting on new shoes before I go running again, and I'm waiting on a book I ordered to start a weight lifting routine. So I'm going to be running three days a week and lifting weights three days a week, I think. That has worked well for me in the past, but I think routines need to have the right balance of consistency and flexibility.

Mmmm, I keep switching things up, so no real routine at the moment, other than running.

I'm not satisfied with my routine yet but am happy to be on track with the c25k training (almost done week 2).

I want to add 2 x strength training and some everyday 10 min abs workout. These past 4 days have not been ideal with AF being pretty bad this week. On the bright side, I've finished with some classes I was taking on Thursday evenings so that gives me one extra evening to add those extra workouts .
