How many calories do you eat each day?

I find it a challenge to stay around 1,800. Any less and I am starving!

I don't count them to be honest. I eat when I'm hungry and try really hard not to eat when I'm bored. Been trimming a few here and there, but really as long as the scale continues to go down and not up I will keep on as I am.

I've been trying to stay between 1600-1800. My appetite tends to fluctuated depending on what I do for my workout. If I do the elliptical I'm always hungrier.

I eat about 1700 calories a day, unless I exercise. If I exercise, I eat a bit more. So, it's usually between 1700 - 2000 calories a day. If I weren't breastfeeding, It would probaby be more like 1500 - 1800 per day. I also adjust it somewhat depending on how hungry I am. If I'm still starving at 1700 cal/day, I'll eat more. So far this is working for me, but I have to make sure that my snacks throughout the day are not pure carbs. If they are, I'll usually be starving soon afterward. I try to balance carbs with protein & fat.

Oh, and I used MyFitnessPal to calculate my daily calories, and then added in extra calories for breastfeeding (it took me some trial & error to figure out how many extra calories to add in so that I would lose slowly and maintain my supply).

I set my mfp for 1200 and when I work out, which is most days, I eat those calories too. So usually in the 1700-1900 range.

When not exercising, right now between 2000-2500...but I'm pregnant, and my son still nurses a few times a day. I will eat back exercise calories too...when I actually earn them. I also use MFP. And it took me a while too to figure out the best way to add breastfeeding calories.

It depends on what program I am doing at the time but I normally stay around 1600

I don't normally count now, but when I logged MFP it was about 1700 give or take.
