It's probably only been a week for me but it feels like it's been longer. I really did try to push myself today but I'm not sure I am going to feel it tomorrow. Tomorrow is leg day and I'm going to try to bump up my weight on my squats. I'm hoping that I can push myself to feel a little bit of soreness tomorrow. I just like it when I feel a little sore, not so sore I can't move though.

Right now... My kids are sick and I think I'm getting it too. My neck, shoulders and back are in agony. I need a rest day...

Feeling a little sore this morning after yesterday's workout (deadlifts and overhead squats).

LOL!! I'm sore everyday but unfortunately mine is not from working out. It's from the pregnancy! it's been a while since I was sore from a workout since I am not working out that hard these days.

Almost a month. I attempted to hike Mt. Whitney and the way down it was like I was doing squats. My legs were so sore the next two days but I love that sore!!
