What workout is on your agenda today? Have you done it yet?





I got my workout in at 6 am this morning. Best time for me since my kids are still asleep. I fed the baby put him back to sleep and then got my workout in. Today it was a circuit workout called X10. It's one of my favorites. I also did some abs. Trying so hard to lose my mommy tummy!!

I made today my rest day after all of yesterday's work in the basement.... but I think I'm going to head down there in a few minutes and try to bang out some more stuff. I've got so much on my "house agenda", not enough time and no one to help me with it. lol.

I'm so over fixing this house just so I can sell it.

I have been doing the challenge exercises today...will do them some more...but not trying to do too much as its 94 degrees here today and I refuse to turn on my AC....I am pretty sure I am sweating off some calories though HAHA

Besides the challenge exercises I've been doing tedious packing. Things like taking apart the crib, changing table, metal living room table, wrapping them in old blankets and sheets, bubble wrapping lamps, packed most of the kitchen besides a few dishes... I wanted to make tea but packed up all the pots and coffee cups, so I couldn't make any *sigh*

The next 7 days in this house should be interesting since pretty much everything besides our bedroom is packed. We are taking our fish tanks AND fish with us. A saltwater and freshwater tank. That's going to be a huge pain to do. Ugh... I'm tired.


Do mental workouts count? Because my brain is fried from all the stress!

I am pretty sure I feel every single muscle in my body...even the ones in my hands and feet!!!! wowzers I am exhausted!!! worn out, beat, you name it stick a fork in me my body says DONE! but of course...I'll keep going....

Today was a weight day, medium, three sets of 8 reps. I did front squats, one-arm row, incline bench press, back extensions with flies, and planks. Then I walked 2.5 miles at 10% incline. It was a good workout today!
