1. watch what i eat
2. do my walk away the pounds dvd every day
3. run on tuesday, thursday and saturday
4. drink 80oz of water

1. cut down on soda, 2. cut down on meal portions, 3. do walk video every day, 4. no eating 3 hours before bed

1. excercise the rest of the week (i didnt get on in yesterday, first day of school for my kids, it was a long day)

2. more H2O this week!!

3. to lose 2lbs by next wed. 8/23

1. Drink at least 1.5 litres of water per day
2. Walk at least 30 minutes a day - 4 times per week
3. 90 crunches
4. wake up earlier to get in the crunches before work
5. Lose 2 pounds this week. (doubtful)

This is cool, I like your mini-goal idea!

1. Drink water, at least 64 oz a day
2. Exercise at least 3 times
3. And hopefully lose at least a few pounds to help me "mentally" jumpstart this thing

1. eat protein for at least one of my meals (sound funny but I go weeks without eating any)
2. Make it to my workout class 3X this week
