I have only been doing it 9 days now. Have you lost any weight since starting it? Do you use the weights? Are you losing inches? How often do you do it? How many miles do you do? I am trying to do it every day. I do the 3 mile in the morning and the 2 mile later in the day when I find the time. That will give me 5 miles per day. I'm not actually dieting with it. I have cut down on sodas, watch portions at meals and no eating 3 hours before bed. I'm not expecting alot. I would be happy to lose 1 pound per week. I'm just wondering how effective it is for those of you who have been using it for awhile.

Right now I am only using the weights two times per week, and I use them with the two mile. So hopefully I will get toned but not gain too much muscle.

i dont use weights and do a 2 mile every day and then jog or run for a mile right after while my heart rate is up. i've just been doing it since tuesday though so i dont know about weight loss but i can say that i feel so great when i do it every day.
