I do one that has vanilla soy milk, a hand full of spinach, strawberries, blueberries, I sprinkle in a little splenda and a scoop of vanilla whey protein powder...its sooo good and you can't taste the spinach

Alot of times I will just throw all kinds of fruits in with skim milk, toss in a little vanilla, strawberry of any kind of flavoring and a little splenda and drink that too

Skim milk or vanilla soy milk mixed with choc. whey protein powder and some peanut butter is good also.

If you have a Sam's club near you..the brand they carry is pretty good and isn't expensive at all. And may I add..its a HUGE container of it...

I also have always liked the one that they sell at walmart, but I 'm at work and can't think of the name.
