haven't lost anything in over a week... of course my grandmother was in town last week visiting..so i did good not to GAIN!!!

Congratulations on not gaining. I've been there so manytimes. Maybe you need to adjust your diet a little, or add some xtra in your daily xcercise routine. Good luck!

Same here. I lost a few pounds, but I didnt lose any this week. I'm at the same weight I was when I hit the plateau last time. But I havent been sticking my diet changes for the past few days. So I just need to get back on track and make better choices for my meals.

if it wasn't for my bad hip and pelvis pain..id walk atleast 4 miles per day...but i just cant right now..and it sucks...cause i really want to

Sounds like you may have hit a plateau. It happens to all of us. Try not to get discouraged, stay on your plan, maybe switch up your foods, try different protiens, etc. Hang in there girl, that scale will be moving again soon!
