I'm moved in except for the last few files and things to put away. I'm ready to seriously lose some weight. I need to go out and buy a scale this weekend, so my ticker down there isn't accurate. I also need to figure out my goal. I did my BMI the other day and I'm 23.6, but it said I could safely go down to 20- and that's what I"d like to do- I need to figure out what that weight would be. I'll do that today.
Normally for exercise I would do an hour of Pilates at home- I love pilates; but we don't have a DVD player yet in our new house

, I need a printer first for homeschooling, so I don't knwo when I'll get one. I need to figure out what I can do for exercise; aside from swing dancing. My dh and I LOVE to swing dance, and are just not getting back into it- so that will help, but we can't do that everyday.
So aside from eating right and exercising, what do you do ont his board to keep each ohter accountable? Do you do a food journal or anything? Does anyone have knowledge about nutrition tha tlooks over them? I'll have one of my kids take a pic of me today for my "before" pic.
This is not at all excuses, because I dont' plan on copping out because of this, but it does effect me. Life here is more stressful than average. My daughter has special needs (which is no excuse, I know Jessyca!

), but over the last month her health hasn't gotten worse and owrse and is facing a very major surgery. Yesterday we also found out that her lungs have turned to crap; and I really need some encouragement in getting through the stress of these things in a more healthy way rather than comfort-eating.
