Is is ok to do it? I find it so hard to do it any other time of day, and that's the only time I can get in there and do it? I've read some of ya'll say it burns more fat when you work out before you eat, but how do ya'll do it?

Anytime is good to work out. Last night I ate supper and then worked out.

I don't usually work out before I eat. I have to have food for the energy!

Hey any time is better than no time!!

Most of the time I can only find time to do stuff before the kids get up in the morning (since I get up at 5:15) during my lunch break at work.

Finding time is really hard!!

personally, i don't think it makes a huge diff....as long as your are moving ....getting in exercise...

I don't think it really matters when you exercise as long as you do it. But I would wait 1 - 1 1/2 hrs after eating before beginning the workout.
