Good morning all,
I'm looking for some recommendations of new exercise DVDs to try. I prefer something that's active and good for cardio, rather than something like yoga. Although, if anyone can recommend a good Pilates one, I don't mind doing that.
I need something new to kick-start me! I'm finding it hard to get motivated at the moment. Oh, and if there's something that's time-friendly, that would be good too! Between work and uni, I always seem to be short of time, as there's always something more important to be done than exercise.
I do fit some exercise in most days, as I walk to and from work (20 minutes each way) and I don't own a car, so DH and I walk everywhere. But that no longer feels like exercise, it's just part of my normal routine ... so I don't think that counts anymore.
Any help would be much appreciated!
