Ok, here is something you can print out to keep track of your points. http://www.justmommies.com/articles/fall-f...s-challenge.pdf (It's a pdf file so you'll need Adobe Reader, most people have it, but thought I'd post that just the same.) You don't have to print it out, but you can if you'd like to. I am going to print it out for my kids and we are going to compete with each other as well. I have decided to do it like this. You keep track of your kids points, dh's points and your own points and post them at the end of each day (or whenever you can get them posted). Each person can enter to win. We will pick one kid winner and one adult winner at the end of the contest. (If we get enough dh/so's entering, I may make a separate prize for them too.) Your kids can get a prize and you can win a prize. I will make a certificate for all the kids with what place they came in as well that they can print out. The moms can get one too if they want.

Here's how the points will work.

You will get 1 point for every veggie you eat. Max 4 points. 1 point for every
fruit you eat. Max 3 points. 1 point for every glass of water you drink. Max
8 points. 5 points for every exercise you do. I will list exercises you can do
each day, but you can substitute if you want.

I will be posting the prizes hopefully later today, if not I will do it as soon as I can.

Mind if I join ya?? I am new to this board/forum. I just found it last night. I need motivation to get skinny again I go to WW but am bad about following the diet part....I like food to much LOL What the the rules to this challenge?? What do I need to do??
