Don't forget your back--most people concentrate on their abs, legs or arms, so don't forget to do back. If you go to a gym or use weights, make sure to do lat pull downs and rows! If you don't have equipment, do supermans--lay on your stomach and put your arms out in front (like you are flying) and raise upper body off floor. Do 30 reps. Then raise both upper and lower body off floor slowly--do 30 reps. Make sure to go slow and hold for a couple seconds!

We go out to eat a lot--portion sizes kill us! So, next time, ask for a box and put half your meal in there to take home for leftovers. Fast food?--order the small size!
