i recommend journalizing too. i've always done this whenever i went on a weight loss goal. it's helped me stay on track. i'm definitely going to do it this time around too... cuz the program that i'm doing actually has a journal that goes with it.. and it just makes things soo much easier.

I did on weight watchers. I agree it really, really helped. It also helped to plan what I was going to eat ahead of time, so if something was a little high calorie but I really wanted it I could plan lower calorie foods the rest of the day. It also helped me keep quantity in check, which is one of my biggest problems. i eat too much.

I don't journal now, i will once I plateau. I stick with the GD diet. I eat 3 small meals and 3 snacks a day and I still keep my carbs to 30. When it no longer works then I will probably go back to weight watchers which will force me to journal. Otherwise I won't do it.
