When I'm sooooo hungry. I'm fine during the day, but at night right after dinner, I'm HUNGRY and I snack til its time to go to bed.
I am nursing, but man I've lost all my pregnancy weight, but I really want to lose another 50 lbs and at this rate its NOT going to happen. UGh!!! Any suggestions on some great foods to eat ????

How about these for an after dinner snack?
apple with natural peanut butter on it
Celery with peanut butter or laughing cow cheese
sugar free jello

i was going to suggest sugar free jello as well. it woked well with christian and BFing, and it satisfied my sweet craving. i have been eating fruit, apple sauce, jello, trail mix(sparingly)...drinking water instead of eating to see if maybe im just thirsty(more than half the time you think your hungry you are really dehydrated and thristy!)

sugar free jello, sugar free ice cream bars/fudgesicles/popsicles

I chew a LOT of sugar free gum in the evenings! It has calories, but nothing like the calories of the food I crave (like Blizzards from Dairy Queen or chips/queso from Chili's. LOL!)

Quaker's makes these yummy rice cakes that comes in all different flavors, i even think they make salty stuff too. They contain very little fat and calories and it fills you up. The Apple Cinnamon is sooo delicious.

You could also eat plain popcorn.. not the ones with butter.

And another thing you should always make sure you have is fresh fruit. If you get hungry, grab a peach or an orange or anything you like or have around the kitchen.

I drink a LOT of water and I have ready to eat veggies cut up in the fridge for those midnight munchies.. Fruit is good too and I also keep pretzels on hand.
