Do you think if I cut out the sodas and started drinking water more and walking everynight that I would start to see a significant change in my weight over time? I've heard this helps a lot, but I've never really made the effort to do it.

I think it would make a difference in your weight. You could even slowly start adding healthier food choices.

How much of a difference this would make, would depend on how much soda you currently drink. It would make some though. A friend of mine dropped 10lbs pretty fast when she stopped drinking soda pop.

Jewelry for yourself, or for a friend. Breastfeeding aides, beautiful bracelets, earings and more.

i just posted in dina's post...i lost 5 pounds in one week from cutting the soda and just drinking water. i can personally say that walking and water has done WONDERS for me! it isn't just about that, you should cut the junk foods too (especially salt), but the walking and water will definitely help you see some change.

remeber though, it will only get you so far, so don't get discouraged if it doesn't keep a steady major weight loss with doing just that. good luck!

I think it will make a huge difference.. soda's tend to help us retain water and drinking water will help relieve that.

you may at first see a slight weight gain from drinking a lot of water but after a few days your body will get used to the extra water and your weight should start to drop.

I try to drink at least 4L of water a day usually i get to that goal but lately it's only been about 3L of water
