Well I still have 6 weeks left of pregnancy but man have I got the itch! Last pregnancy I did not lose the weight I gained with my DD It is my own fault though as I did not "go the distance." I had a few failed diet attempts and that was it. This time I am ready!!!!! I am a little intimidated by it, but I know that if I really put my all into it I can do it! I will be looking to lose...GULP.... 50LBS!!!! I want to be my pre baby, pre wedding weight! And I know I will need all the support I can get! So I thought I'd ome over and say hello! And good luck to all of you ladies who are already on the track to losing that extra weight!

Hi Christa,

All i wanted to say is that the once you have your baby, the best thing to do drop those pounds is to breastfeed, breastfeed and more breastfeed... lol I mean.. i dont know how keen you are about it.. but if you look at my ticker, all that weight i've lost is by only breastfeeding. I had always heard women talking about how it helps to drop some weight.. but man!.. i never knew it was going to work that well.

I'm still waiting for my 6wks PP appt so i can get the go on dieting and exercising.
