What's going on today?

Breakfast--2 NG blueberry waffles with sf syrup, HS juice, banana
Snack--Fiber One bar
Lunch--baked salsa chicken with 2% cheese with red potatoes, steamed carrots, 60 cal pudding
Dinner--very light chicken/veggie whole grain pasta, skim milk
Snack--light ice cream
Water--96 oz

Exercise--44 min stability ball s/t, 40 min BL cardio/stretching

Breakfast-- jimmy dean lite turkey sausage and egg sandwich- 1 banana (small) - 1/2 cp. OJ
Snack-- nothing
Lunch-- Chinese - i don't think i did too bad. I maybe should of asked for water but i got a sprite instead (so that was my splurge meal)
Dinner-- 1 cp. fruit salad
Water-- 4 cps. water

Exercise--10 min. of bootcamp DVD - high intensity

Breakfast-- 3/4 cup Cornflakes, 4 oz skim milk w/ splenda, 1/2 english muffin w/ ICINB
Snack-- Mango slices
Lunch-- Boiled Chicken Breast 4 oz, 1 cup broccoli, 1 cup cauliflower, 1/2 english muffin
Snack-- Grapes
Dinner-- Key Lime Chicken 8 oz, 1 cup cauliflower/1 cup zucchini, 1 slice wheat bread
Dessert-- FF Jello

Water--8 oz so far

Exercise-- 2 mile walk, 6 mile Bike ride, weight training

Lunch--Tuna with light mayo and sweet relish on whole wheat crackers
Snack--Chocolate Protein Pudding
Dinner--Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans

Water--64 ounces

Exercise--Taught Pilates--30 minutes; Taught Stability Ball--30 minutes

Bfast: 1 bowl of peaches & cream oatmeal, wheat english muffin w/ICBIN butter, coffee w/creamer
Snack: <strike>fruit & grain bar - strawberry</strike> baby carrots
Lunch: <strike>HC meal, beef tips & red potatos w/carrots & apple crisp</strike>my manager brought in pizza as a reward, I had 1 1/2 pcs of pizza & green salad w/light italian dressing, diet pepsi
Snack: 2 caramal popcorn cakes
Dinner: <strike>2 beef burritos w/cheese & salsa</strike> HC Meal

Water consumption: 80+ oz

Excercise: 30 minutes eliptical machine, 60 crunches & 3 reps of 15 tricep pulls

packet oatmeal with 1/3 banana

1.5 c of salad with ranch dressing and crackers (cheese nip sort of )

3egg whites
2 whole eggs
2 pc low carb bread

Pria bar

chicken lunch meat
2 pcs low carb bread
2 oz baked lays


2 cups broc/caul
1 can plain tuna
pria bar

I didnt do any exercise today either..My cals were 1205 for the day..YAY!!
