Breakfast - Nothing, slept till 12 ( getting over sick)
Snack - Nothing
Lunch - Turkey Wheat Sandwich (150)
Snack - 1/2 wheat roll (115) w/ ICINB spray
Dinner - Chicken and Mango Salsa Pizza (2 slices @ 325 cals total)
Dessert - WW yogurt Pie (176 cal)

Water Intake: 1 liter

Exercise - 60 min on bike. Pilate's DVD for 30 min

Breakfast--2 NG blueberry waffles with sf syrup, oj
Lunch--leftover 2 chicken manicotti with broccoli, light cottage cheese
Snack--100 calorie candy bar, skim capp. cooler
Dinner--lower fat enchilada bake, veggie salad with light ranch, water
Snack--apple or banana
Water--trying to get 96 oz.

Exercise--plan to do 30 min WATP and 20 min BL strength training

Breakfast - sausage biscuit (ncds) 1 hash brown and a small oj
Snack - Nothing
Lunch - Chicken Crispy Salad
Snack - Some candy
Dinner - Nada


Water Intake: ALOT but I am not sure how much between 12 am and now

Exercise - hmm I danced for like 3 hours straight last night when I went out from about 11 pm until 2 am

(needless to say -this is a bad health/diet weekend-because I actually went out dancing last night with some friends. And though I did NOT splurge on food at ALL-I did have a few drinks 3 sex on the beach,1 corona light and 2 shooters ack, then tons of water to flush it)

Gwen--I love Sex on the Beach(es)! I haven't had one in quite a while though.
