What are you planning this week?

Last week's goals:
~Exercise at least five hours. (will have over 7 hours if I do 30 minutes today)
~Get 96 oz. of water everyday including on the weekends! (have to make it today though)

This week's goals:
~Exercise at least six hours. (see below for plan)
~At least 4 servings fruits/veggies.
~Get the house/food ready for Aiden's birthday party.
~Do I dare?!?--No scale until Friday!


Here's my tentative plan for the week (edited 3/3):

Monday--20 min yoga (body needs a break!)
Tuesday--50 min TJ CP3 with weights, 40 min BL cardio/stretching
Wednesday--45 min Gilad toning, 30 min bike
Thursday--40-50 min BL Cardio Max, 40 min BL cardio/stretching
Friday--60 min Cindy Crawford video
Saturday--45 min bike/stepper
Sunday--rest day or possibly 20ish min yoga (depends on perfect streak)

Last week

Finish painting the inside of the house.--Almost, just missing the final coat on one room and a small bathroom.
Move!!!--Almost, just have to finish cleaning the old house and move a few boxes that were in storage.
Exercise 3 hours, not counting remodeling chores.--Did it!! Only because I taught classes at the gym, but still, it was done!
Get back on track with my eating. (Meaning, remember to take a break and eat!)--I ate, I know I did, but I honestly don't remember if it was good or not. Wow, thats a busy week!
Sell 5 gym memberships.--Only 3, but hey, I was basically only at the gym to teach my classes, so that isn't bad.
Call 50 gym leads--Didn't do a single call because I wasn't at the gym much.\

This week

Finish moving and cleaning old house.
Get at least half of the boxes unpacked at the new house.
Exercise 5 hours not counting moving stuff.
Paint those last two rooms.
Haul off all the junk that we moved out of the new house so I can organize my back yard.

This week's goals:

Excercise goals
Monday: 30 minutes eliptical machine
Tuesday: 30 minutes treadmill & strength training
Wednesday: 30 minutes eliptical machine & 100 crunches
Thursday: 30 minutes treadmill & strength training
Friday: 30 minutes eliptical machine & 100 crunches
Saturday:3 mile walk & strength training
Sunday: day of rest (though I'll probably dance at church)

Dietery goals
Eat between 1300 - 1500 cals a day & drink at least 96oz of water or more a day

Weightloss goal
to lose 3lbs this week

Ive been having a bad week, with a headache and fussy babies. Ive not been eating very well, but I'm gonna finish the week off doing PERFECT with my eating....And Im gonna keep it up next week also..Ive got to get back to doing well..

I wanted to get 3 days of exercise and Ive done 1, so I have to workout today and tomorrow so I can get my 3...
