I can make it a whole week without looking at the scale. I think I actually worked harder this week because I was afraid of what the scale would say on Friday. Therefore, I'm making one of my goals this week to not step on the scale again until Friday. I can do it!

Another thing is that I'm completely impressed with what my body can do. After I exercise tonight, I will have done just over 7 hours. Wow! When I first started here on this board, I'd see some women doing 8 hours of exercise per week, and that really impressed me. I am not sure that I can really do that with what I have, but who knows?!? Maybe I'll get there soon!

Finally, on Thursday when I really wanted a low sodium meal, I found it kind of fun to try and find a recipe with lower sodium. I can be more creative when I have to be.

Just a few thoughts...

Amy your doing so good. I understand the scale thing, I too obsess w/the it. I need to do the same thing, not hop on til friday.
