I find that I have several fave workout DVDs and more I want to incorporate into my routine. Plus, I am still trying to use the bike and stepper. AHHHH!!! How do I fit it all in? I guess I'll have to exercise for 8 hours next week...LOL...not!

Actually, I'm on a Yahoo Group for exercise video fanatics and most of the people there use rotations of their favorites and change them each month. Like they'll do a rotation of Turbo Jam for March, then a rotation of Walking videos for April. Sometimes they alternate where they do rotations that incorporate two or three different instructors or series each week. Personally, I can't stick to a rotation for longer then a couple of days because I get bored, but it definitely works for some people.

I like Tonya's plan. I try to do something similar, but me I am so random and haven't been able to get into a great routine yet.
