I think I've asked this before, I wanted all of your answers. What do you consider "cheating" in your weight loss journey?

I consider eating a super high fat meal cheating. A single serving of something is acceptable as long as you go by the correct serving size and only allow one per day. For example, I'll have a half a cup of ice cream as a snack and it is okay, but if I go for a full cup it's too much. A burger and fries can be an okay meal if it is done with 96% lean ground beef and low or fat free condiments on a whole wheat bun with baked fries, but if I go to a fast food place it is cheating.

I'd almost have to ditto Melissa's answer! Seriously, I define cheating as over-eating on a healthy meal, indulging in a meal I know is bad for me (like fast food or frozen pizzas or something), or having more than one small dessert. By far, sticking with this has been the HARDEST part of this streakers challenge. I love the exercise, driking water is easy for me... but not eating junk or eating too much I have to really pay attention to.

Well I guess "cheating" would be eating cake for the last 5 days straight! Yes I ate cake for the last 5 days straight, I have no willpower!!!!!

Honestly cheating would be eating something you know you shouldnt everyday or more than 1 or 2 x per week. Like if you plan to eat a piece of cake or something like that at a birthday party you get yourself ready for it, like you excercise a bit longer, maybe drink more water & you dont indulge on anything else for the week.

Does that make sense?

On WW I get 35 flex (extra) points a week. If I eat all my daily points, and run out of flex points- than that is a cheat for me.
