What's going on today?

Breakfast--1 egg with 2% cheese, banana, HS juice
Snack--100 calorie pack
Lunch--cheese quesadilla, 100 cal candy bar
Dinner--1.5 black bean quesadillas with 2% cheese, corn, skim milk
Snack--apple with red. fat pb
Water--128 oz

Exercise--was too sore from yesterday to do anything this morning, so probably bike/stepper tonight instead--60 min stepper and bike

Breakfast- homemade wheat bread, dried apricots, coffee *check*
Snack- EM's in apple juice *check*
Dinner- sardines, steamed veggies
Snack- smoothie (strawberry, blueberry, kefir)
Supper- potato soup and homemade bread

Exercise- WATP 3-mile walk; yoga

Snack: apple fruit & grain bar (110 cals)
Lunch: HC Turkey breast meal (300 cals)
Snack: almonds & low sodium v8 juice
Dinner: ???
Snack: ???

Water Consumption: 112.9oz

Excercise: 30 minutes treadmill

Breakfast-- Nothing actually ugh
Snack-- Nothing
Lunch-- turkey on whole wheat sandwich w/ oz tea
Dinner-- LC meal
Snack-- yogurt
Water-- 128 oz
Exercise-- Squats, lunges, Inner/outer thigh lifts, chest press, row, bicep curl, overhead tricep, shoulder press, stretch, cardio for 60 min

Snack- fiber one cereal, skim milk
Dinner- sweet onion chicken teriyaki sub, baked lays

Water- 70 ounces

Exercise- 60 minute yoga class, 30 minute recumbant bike

snack: banana
Lunch: Lean cuisine frozen spinach & mushroom pizza
snack: double serving of steamed veggies
snack: 100 calorie chips ahoy snack pack
Dinner: Fish, veggies, & rice

Exercise: 30 minutes treadmill (a little over 2 miles)
