Bfast: 2 scrambled eggs, 2 pcs of turkey bacon & 2 pcs of wheat toast w/butter
Snack: pb&j sandwich & 1/2 an apple
Lunch: 2 chicken tender strips & a hot dog (i know not very healthy)
Snack:
Dinner: bbq chicken breast, steamed mixed veggies & mashed tators
Snack:

Water Consumption: 96+ oz

Excercise: <strike>3 mile walk (60 minutes)</strike> 1 mile walk & 24 minute cardio max video (on demand)

Breakfast--egg/cheese sandwich on wheat, HS juice
Lunch--gr. chix bacon swiss from Arby's (ordered just a gr. chix, but they gave me the wrong thing)
Snack--banana, 2% cheese
Dinner--chicken and cali blend with spaghetti sauce over whole wheat penne x2, skim milk
Snack--pb and j on wheat
Water--96 oz

Exercise--so far, major cleaning and laundry--like 8 hours worth!

Lunch~ napped through it
Snack~ pria bar
dinner~ baked chicken, salad, broc/cau

water~ I'll be lucky if I get in 8 cups today, Im not feeling well

no exercise

Breakfast-1 cup quick oatmeal
Lunch-Sammie from Quizno and side salad (YUMMY) Only 265 cal total!!
Snack-Egg Whites w/ slice of whole wheat whole grain bread
Dinner-Turkey Shepard's Pie w/ Veggies
Snack

Water 40 oz so far

Exercise
MAJOR cleaning and packing, Pilate's for 35 min, Walking for 60 min

Breakfast: egg beaters with onions, mushrooms, green & red peppers and an english muffin
snack: South Beach Diet 100 calorie snack bar
Lunch: Portabello Chicken Marinara sandwich with fruit from Applebees (WW meal)
Snack: steamed veggies double serving
Dinner: Subway Sweet onion teriyaki sub loaded with veggies (counting it as a serving since I put a ton on).

Water: 64+oz, stopped counting after 64

Exercise: 30 minutes treadmill
