What's going on today?

BTW, I will be gone a lot of the day since it's Aiden's birthday. We have a party at our house in 3 hours.

Breakfast--Ding Dong
Snack--2 eggs
Lunch--Pork chop, 2 pieces corn on the cob
Snack--3 York Peppermint Patties
Dinner--Meat Loaf, baked potato with fat free sour cream, fat free cheese, spinach, carrots, and 2 slices of 7 grain bread

Water--64 ounces

Exercise--Probably none as I'm going to be unpacking and cleaning all day. At least we're moved, but now I have to get the house set up so I have a place to exercise.

On a good note, DH is at work so I'm going grocery shopping by myself. Which means, I'm buying just the healthy stuff and he's going to have to cook it! LOL

Breakfast-- Whole Wheat Whole Grain Vanilla Spice French toast w/ Grapple
Snack-- Nothing
Lunch-- Turkey Shepard's Pie w/ 6 oz Dr. Pepper
Snack-- 4 WW 1 pt mini chocolate chip Cookies
Dinner-- Hawaiian grilled Chicken sandwich on whole wheat buns
Snack-- Mini Choco WW chip cookies

Water-- 84 oz

Exercise: Cardio - 60 min (walking and biking)
Pilate's Stretch for 25 min

Breakfast--egg and cheese sandwich on whole wheat, HS juice, banana
Lunch--grilled chicken sandwich
Snack--pc white birthday cake, one scoop light ice cream, strawberries/grapes
Dinner--red. fat Velveeta shells-n-cheese with tuna and peas, skim milk
Snack--Life cereal with strawberries and skim milk
Water--72 oz

Exercise--will probably do some bike and possibly stepper--50 min

Breakfast: had a sugar free pudding cup before church since we were going out for brunch afterwards
Lunch/Brunch: 3 egg vegetarian omelet with egg beaters & no cheese, pancakes with sugar free syrup, & fruit
Snack: 100 calorie snack bar
Dinner: Philly Cheesesteak thing from Lean Cuisine, kids had hotdogs & chips and no way was I eating that.
Snack: an entire bag (4 servings of steamed broccoli, carrots, & snap peas). I was getting in those veggies one way or the other, lol

Water: 80oz

Exercise: 20 minutes weight training (biceps, tricpes, chest & abdominals)
