Resistance Training with a Twist! Do a web search and find some new exercises you haven't tried before and put them in your routine. Maybe add in an Arnold Press on Monday and a Zottman Curl on Tuesday, etc., for example. Try to find a different new exercise for each day. Then post what you did that day and describe it for us so we can all try some new exercises. Some good resources for finding exercises are: www.acefitness.org, www.bodybuilding.com, and www.abcbodybuilding.com. All of them have exercise libraries with pictures of the various exercises. www.vhikits.com has exercise software you can download to get some exercise ideas as well. Their stretching software is free and they have free demos of the exercise software that give you the exercise ideas just not all of the printing and emailing abilities of the full versions.

Tuesday: Wide Leg Wall Sit with Calf Raises-- 25 reps.-- This will show you how to do it--
Wednesday: Single Leg Squats with Toe Touch-- 15 reps. on left foot 15 reps. on right foot -- This will show you how to do it--
Thursday: Boxer-- 25 reps.-- This will show you how to do it--
Friday: n/a
Saturday: n/a
Sunday: Dolphin Pose-- 30 reps.-- This will show you how to do it--

Monday: Straight-Leg Stretch--15 reps-- http://www.easyvigour.net.nz/pilates/h_cdo...owerliftbeg.htm
Recliner--15 reps--prop up on arms while lying on back, put legs up in the air at 45 degrees, move legs in towards navel
Tuesday: 0
Wednesday: butterfly--10--lying on stomach w/hands in front, move them around like a butterfly while lifting both legs up; breast stroke with weights--20--like you'd do in swimming but with weights; arm circles with weights--20--like the stretch,but with weights
Thursday: Exercise-- Sets/Reps-- Description--
Friday: Exercise-- Sets/Reps-- Description--
Saturday: Exercise-- Sets/Reps-- Description--
Sunday: Exercise-- Sets/Reps-- Description--

That's so funny that you posted this. I did my workout tonight and I was thinking the whole time I was doing it that when I got done I was going to go look up some new exercises. I really need to find a few more that I like. It's too late for me tonight, but I'll try to participate on the days I do strength training.
