What's going on today?

Breakfast--pb and preserves on whole wheat bread, HS juice
Snack--skim capp cooler
Lunch--lean/whole wheat spaghetti and meatballs, 1/2 whole wheat bun, steamed squash,100 calorie candy bar
Dinner--red. fat nachos, skim milk
Snack--lowfat ice cream
Water--96 oz

Exercise--65 min Cindy Crawford Next Challenge Workout

Breakfast--Kashi cereal with skim milk
Snack--Whole wheat crackers and fat free cheese
Lunch--Tuna with fat free mayo and sweet relish on whole wheat crackers
Snack--Peach and Pear
Dinner--Italian Chicken, au gratin potatoes, corn on the cob, green beans, 2 slices 7 grain bread
Snack--1/2 cup vanilla ice cream

Water--64 ounces

Exercise--taught stability ball with heavy weights and low reps--30 minutes

Lunch-- whole wheat spaghetti w/ turkey meatballs

Water-- 32 oz so far

Exercise-- 60 min walk w/ son (cardio)
35 min Pilates
Lower body weights

Bfast: 2 hardboiled eggs
Snack: 2 caramel rice cakes
Lunch: santa fe chicken salad & mandarine oranges
Snack: 1 serving of nuts ( almonds )
Dinner: bbq steak, baked potato & green salad w/fat free Italian dressing
Snack: cucumber slices

Water: +96oz

Excercise: 30 minutes eliptical trainer

Snack: can of tuna
Dinner-- chicken breast, salad with italian dressing cheese
Snack-- n/a

Water-- 64oz so far

Exercise--not sure, Im sore from the 85 mins I did yesterday..lol
