I know I haven't posted or participated lately, but I'm still here. I have been pretty busy with birthday plans and such so I haven't been online nearly as much. I imagine things will be getting back to normal for me now.

I still have been working out, but not enough, I still have been eating good, but not good enough. Working out has seemed like a icky chore lately that I'm not getting results from. I am trying to shake off that feeling and get back into my good routines.

For my birthday (in addition to other things) DH got me 8lb weights and a yoga mat! I love that mat, I didn't know how great it is to use one until today when I finally got a chance to try it out. As for the weights...well today one fell over on my foot so now I have a big owie! I was afraid at first I broke something, I'm not so sure about that now, but I do have a blue mark and swelling right under my big toe.

Anyway I hope to get back to posting more here!

OUCH!!! Be careful with those weights! I had someone drop her weights in my ball class tonight and barely missed her foot. It is so easy to break something in your foot that way, too. Have you got a stability ball? If so, try just sitting and bouncing on it while watching tv or something. It makes you feel like a kid again and really puts the fun back in exercise. Hope to see you posting more soon!

Yes I have a stability ball, I have been trying to sit on it a little more and when I do it's hard not to play around on it

Glad to see you still around. I really like my yoga mat too. I have done that with my weights as well. They can really do some damage so be really careful.
