LOL Sorry, but I guess we all do it, so it's okay. Alright...I always try to have a BM before weigh in, but that just doesn't happen. So, I go ahead and weigh myself. I eat breakfast within the next hour, and I don't know for sure, but right after I eat, then I have to go. Maybe it's the pressure of my breakfast pushing down. Of course, I don't want to weigh myself after I've just eaten. Does anyone else have this problem? Also, do you find that your BMs are pretty regular as to the time of the day you have them? I'm almost like clockwork.

yes i to try to have a bm before weigh in and face the same problem. i use to also workout which would help me have one. i am not a regular person. Actually the only time i was briefly regular was like during the first few weeks in my first trimester when i was pg with dd. And its funny because people are normally constipated when they are pg but i had the opposite.

I used to have them several times a day before i got pg and had the twins..I used to have one early in the morning so it worked out well for weigh in, but now its normally about an hr or so after Ive had breakfast..blah...

all i can say is at least we are all going..lol My mom goes a week- 10days without...blah..

I usually "go" right when I get up on weigh in days, I dont know why but most of the time I do. Except this morning, I didnt have to go..

Do you drink coffee with your breakfast? IF so, that is likely what is causing your BM. For some reason, hot liquids stimulate the bowels, so maybe try a small cup of coffee before your weigh in so that you can do your business before you weigh then have breakfast later.

Edited to add: Fruits do it too, so maybe it is your juice with breakfast?

I take psyllium and lots of probiotics to help me stay regular, otherwise I'm prone to chronic constipation which is really unhealthy. I also have to avoid store-bought bread products (even "whole wheat") and eat only my homemade sourdough bread. Even homemade yeast bread will stop me up... Ideally a healthy person should eliminate as often as s/he eats.
