Breakfast--Life cereal and milk, HS juice
Lunch--small Greek salad, bite of roll, Greek gr. pork chop with pita and few bites rice
Snack--skim capp. cooler
Dinner--red. fat chicken/veggie alfredo over whole wheat pasta
Snack--cereal and milk
Water--somewhere between 64-96 oz

Exercise--30 min bike

Sorry, I was working on the house all day and didn't get a chance to get online and post this.

Breakfast--Kashi cereal with skim milk and 2 pieces of 7 grain toast
Snack--Don't remember
Lunch--Baked potato with fat free cheese and fat free sour cream, broccoli, corn on the cob
Snack--Chili
Dinner--2 cheeseburgers (96% lean ground beef, whole wheat buns, fat free cheese, fat free mayo, ketchup)
Snack--none

Water--none--I was really bad and only drank Pepsi all day!!!

Exercise--painting the last bedroom and plastering the master bathroom...LOL
