How'd you do? What are you planning for this week?

Last week's goals:
~Do at least one video that I haven't done in a few months or more.
~96 oz of water/day--almost everyday except weekends
~5.5 hours of exercise (after 30 min tonight)
~Floss daily.

This week's goals:
~Get up early every morning M-Th to exercise.
~Exercise at least 2x in the evening as well as in the morning M-F.
~Eat healthfully at Easter feasts.

Last Week
Finish unpacking at the new house.--Not even close!
Paint those last two rooms.--Almost done, will be completed by tonight.
Get the rest of the junk hauled off.--Done!
Exercise at least 4 hours.--4 1/2!!!
Get back on track with my 6-7 meals a day and in the right calorie range (2500-3000).--Didn't track it, so I'm guessing no.
Call 50 gym leads.--Yep!
Sell 10 gym memberships.--Not quite

This Week
Finish Master Bathroom.
Organize Living Room.
Exercise at least 6 hours.
Track eating and exercise and be in the right ranges.
Call 50 gym leads.
Sell 10 gym memberships.
Write article for the newspaper.
Call 10 businesses about Summer Slimdown Challenge.

THIS WEEKS GOALS
Excercise: 30 minutes a day for 4 days straight & work in at least 20 minutes of strength training when I can :
East between 1300- 1500 cals every day: did it
Drink at least 96oz of water every day : did it
Lose 2lbs this week : lost 1/2 a lb


THIS WEEK:
Excercise 30 minutes a day for 6 days straight
Eat between 1200-1500 cals every day
Drink 96oz of water a day
Lose 2lbs this week

This Weeks Goal:
Exercise 45 min a day 5 days a week.
Clean the closet and get it organized.
Drink my 6-8 gl. of water per day.
