What's going on today?

Breakfast--2 pc whole wheat toast w/rasp preserves, HS juice
Snack--100 cal granola bar, Sprite Zero
Lunch--leftover red. fat chicken/veggie alfredo on ww pasta, grapes
Dinner--Taco Bell chicken fiesta bowl w/ no dressing
Snack--almost no fat pudding/banana parfait, 2% cheese
Water--88 oz

Exercise--probably 45 min bike/stepper tonight--taking day off since I don't feel well

***I'm feeling a bit nauseous, so I hope the day actually goes like this. Aiden's sick, and I think I may be getting a bit of it. Ugh! I literally can't afford to take anymore time off work.***

total calories: 1691

Breakfast--Kashi Go Lean Crunch Honey Almond Flax and skim milk--190 calories
Snack--Cheeseburger (96% lean ground beef, whole wheat bun, fat free mayo, fat free cheese, ketchup) and a Pepsi--567 calories
Lunch--Turkey sandwich (Honey Wheatberry bread--2 slices, fat free mayo, and 98% lean turkey), pears, Propel--304 calories
Snack--Fat free cheese and whole wheat crackers--104 calories
Dinner--Chicken (with olive oil and Italian seasoning), brown rice with cheese, broccoli, bread, and butter, and a Pepsi--905 calories
Snack--1 cup ice cream and a Ding Dong--648 calories (I was low on calories so I splurged!)
Total Calories--2718
Water--64 ounces

Exercise--Gazelle--30 minutes--160 calories burned

Dinner: bbq chicken, whole grain rice & brocoli 321 cals

Water: 96 oz
