What's going on today?

Breakfast--Life cereal with skim milk, HS juice
Snack--100 cal granola bar, 100 cal chex
Lunch--LC sweet-n-sour chicken, grapes
Dinner--fajita chicken salad, skim milk
Snack--pudding parfait (from yesterday)
Water--108 oz or more

Exercise--45 min bike/stepper with hand weights

calories--only 1371--might have to eat something else

Snack--Protein Pudding, applesauce, water with Aquafusion--168 calories
Lunch--Chicken (olive oil and Italian seasoning), Rice with cheese, broccoli, Pepsi--775 calories
Snack--Fat free cheese, whole wheat crackers, peaches, water with Aquafusion--133 calories
Dinner--
Snack--
Total Calories--1496 so far
Water--48 ounces so far

Exercise--Taught Stability Ball--30 minutes--324 calories burned; Taught Yoga--30 minutes--156 calories burned; Total calories burned--480

Bfast: apples/cinnamon oatmeal 2 cups of coffee w/creamer
Snack: rice krispy treat
Lunch: HC Meat Loaf meal w/mashed tators & green beans & applce crisp
Snack: Mandarin Oranges
Dinner: spaghetti & salad w/ranch dressing
Snack:

total cals: 1470
Water: 96 oz

Excercise: 30 minutes eliptical machine, 15 minute power walk (just under 1 mile) & 150 crunches
