I'm going out to a Chinese buffet tomorrow with my family to celebrate Easter. I love Chinese food, particularly fried. Therefore, since I'm counting calories this week for the challenge, I need to figure out what I'm going to do before I go. I think I'm going to get a big plate of salad first. I can't remember if they have light dressing though. I then will get some sushi (not too sure on different kinds of sushi, but the ones with shrimp on the outside are really good), and then I might get 2-3 pieces of General Tao's chix, 1 crab ragoon, and the rest will be non-fried. What do you think? I need to go look this stuff up now on www.calorie-count.com. Of course, after my big salad that I plan on eating slowly, I may not want too much more. I can do it!!!
