What's going on today?



-----------
Breakfast--2 NG blueberry pancakes with sf syrup, HS juice
Snack--skim cappuccino
Lunch--Chinese buffet-salad with reg. dressing (fork method), lo mein noodles, 1 pc General Tao's chix, 1 crab ragoon, 1/2 fortune cookie, chix/veggie dish, water
Snack--2% cheese slice on 2 pc light ww bread
Dinner--ham on ww bun with tomato, mac/cheese, potato salad
Snack--Fiber One bar
Water--88 oz

Exercise--50 min TJ CP 3 w/ weights

total calories: 1724

I'm sick so it is just soda and crackers....ugh!

Lunch-- WW pizza, orange, jelly beans (11 points)
Snack--coffee (3 points)
Dinner-- Homemade soup, salad (10 points)
Snack-- skinny cow (2 points)

water- 77 oz

exercise-- 30 minutes c25k, arm machines.

snack: Fiber One bar
Lunch: low cal chicken parmesan and broccoil
snack: applesause
dinner: chicken & rice, & veggies
snack: pudding cup

Exercise: 30 minutes treadmill 2.25 miles
