What are your plans for this week?

Last week's goals:
~Get up early every morning M-Th to exercise. was sick
~Exercise at least 2x in the evening as well as in the morning M-F. did exercise in the evening several times
~Eat healthfully at Easter feasts.

This week's goals:
~Drink at least 96 oz of water daily. (On spring break, so this will be a challenge.)
~Exercise at least 7.5 hours to get to monthly goal.
~Have only one splurge meal.

This week's goals -

Run on my treadmill 6 times this week.
4 days of strength training even if it's just 10 minutes.

Drink 64 oz of water daily
stick with exercise routine
get caught up on work
clean out car
walk dogs if it is nice enough to get Abby outside for 1/2 hour

Excercise for 6 days at least 30 minutes each day:
Eat healthy:
Drink at least 64oz of H20 daily:
Not get on the scale at all until friday:

Last Week
Finish Master Bathroom.--Did it!
Organize Living Room.--Nope, got sick
Exercise at least 6 hours.--Nope, got sick
Track eating and exercise and be in the right ranges.--Did it the days I wasn't sick, so I'm counting it as done.
Call 50 gym leads.--Almost...would have if I'd have come to work Thursday and Friday
Sell 10 gym memberships.--Again, the bug got me down and I wasn't here to do it.
Write article for the newspaper.--Did it!
Call 10 businesses about Summer Slimdown Challenge.--Nope, at home sick.

Call 50 gym leads
