What are you planning this week? How'd you do with last week's plan, if you had one?

---------------
I was sick a couple of days, so my plans didn't really work last week. Because of that, I have to step it up this week to make my weekly goals.

Monday--50 min TJ CP 3, 45 min bike/stepper w/weights
Tuesday--50 min BL Power Sculpt
Wednesday--50 min TJ CP 3
Thursday--45 min stability ball, 45 min bike/stepper w/ weights
Friday--60 min Billy Blanks
Saturday--50 min BL Cardio Max, 20 min BL s/t
Sunday--50 min TJ CP 3, 45 min bike/stepper w/weights

I know this is ambitious, but I really want to make my goal of 25 hours exercising this month.

ETA: I woke up Monday morning with a bit of a sore throat. I also realized that I'm on spring break, so there's a good possibility that I will be taking it easy this week. I will plan on exercising, but I doubt I will this much.

Amy, I was right there with you on the sickness, so while I started out good last week, I didn't finish the week well. This week will be better, even though I'm not 100% yet, I'm still getting a workout in everyday!

Monday--30 minutes weight training, Pilates 30 minutes
Tuesday--Kickboxing 30 minutes, Yoga 30 minutes
Wednesday--Stability Ball 30 minutes, Yoga 30 minutes
Thursday--Pilates 1 hour, Stability Ball 30 minutes
Friday--Stability Ball 30 minutes, Yoga 30 minutes
Saturday--Power Hour on circuit 1 hour
Sunday--Rest

This is 6 1/2 hours and most of it is classes I teach, but I don't always have people for the classes, so I may or may not get all of them in.
