What's going on today?

Breakfast--oatmeal, coffee
Lunch-- yogurt, chicken salad (veggies, lettuce, cheese)
Snack--FF pringles, coffee
Dinner--pasta, salad with veggies and cheese

Water--70 oz so far.

Exercise-- 30 min. C25K, 10 min interval training
I didn't get in the weight lifting I wanted to because they were doing construction on the bridge and it took me 40 minutes to get to the gym (normally 10!!!) tomorrow I have my spinning class, so I will get that in afterwards.

30 minute walk with dogs and abby

Breakfast--Jimmy Dean turkey sausage breakfast sandwich (red. fat), HS juice
Lunch--port-a-pit chicken, cucumbers and tomato w/light ranch and salad toppings, water
Snack--1 Reese's pb egg
Dinner--2 turkey dogs with ww buns, baked french fries, skim milk
Snack--none...I actually wasn't hungry. Odd!
Water--96 oz

Exercise--60 min bike, baby lifts

Breakfast--dry cereal and sprite
Snack--Still not feeling 100% so I skipped it
Lunch--vegetable soup and whole wheat crackers
Dinner--Cheeseburger (96% lean ground beef, whole wheat bun, fat free cheese, fat free mayo, ketchup) and homemade fries, tea
Snack--1/2 cup vanilla ice cream

Water--64 ounces

Exercise--Taught Pilates 30 minutes, Gazelle 20 minutes

Certified Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor, and Sports Nutritionist
Valdosta State University Class of 2012, Major: Exercise Physiology, Minor: Nutrition
Masters in Exercise Science Starting August 2012 at the University of South Florida

Brunch- hashbrowned potatoes w/ onion (homemade), 2 fried eggs, coffee w/ cream
Snack- smoothie (kefir, strawberry and cranberry w/ honey)
Dinner- kitcheree, homemade corn torillas, 1 Cadburry Egg yum, yum, good

Water- (in 34oz cups) 2

Exercise- planning to do a 3-mile walk w/ resistance band <-- did it
