I need some hints for some lowfat/cal pasta side dishes. I'm making out my monthly menu. TIA

I typically just play with my pasta and find various combinations that I like seasonings wise. I'll use olive oil and italian seasons, or 2% velveeta and skim milk sometimes with a mexican seasoning and sometimes without, sometimes with broccoli or other veggies too. I'll make a semi spaghetti sauce by chopping tomatoes really fine and using the juice from them with a little basil. Not like super saucy, just the juice and some chunks. I'll do up some cold pasta dishes in the summer too with fat free miracle whip and fat free sour cream with various seasonings. Basically, any dip recipe that I really like, I'll cover my pasta with....LOL
