I did good last week, I excercise'd 6 out of 7 days.

This week:
Monday, 30 minutes eliptical & 30 minutes walking, 100 crunches
Tuesday, 30 minutes eliptical & 30 minutes walking, strenght training
Wednesdy, 30 minutes eliptical 30 minutes walking, 100 crunches
Thursday, 30 minutes eliptical & 30 minutes walking, strength training
Friday, 30 minutes eliptical & 30 minutes walking, 100 crunches
Saturday, 45 minutes walking, strength training

I didn't do so well last week since I was on spring break and sick several days.

This week:
Monday--50 min TJ CP 3, 30 min bike
Tuesday--50 min BL Power Sculpt
Wednesday--50 min TJ CP 3
Thursday--45 min stability ball
Friday--50 min TJ CP 3, 45 min bike
Saturday--45 min bike/stepper
Sunday--20 min Pilates

I may do some BL low intensity with coworkers a few days after work.
